The lower limbs can be notoriously difficult to build espically the Quadriceps and hamstrings.. apart from the almighty squats which is one of the most difficult exercise to perform is there any other routine one could use to add mass to this group of muscles?
Secondly does the use of performance enhancers adversly affect sexual performance? I would like to hear from other members of the group..

Man it was great! A perfect fit physically. A strong powerful connection. Total body and mind stimulation. The kiss, the hug, the passion, the afterwards moments. then he is gone. Days past, no response to calls or text messages.no word. Then suddenly the door bells rings. And there he stands. Man, that smile. Those strong hands in mine. The big lips. Glad to see Mr. Mysterious again. Ever had this happen? But I am glad it did.

The heart of surviving is never giving up. Focusing on a real goal is our challenge. Our "Dysfunctional" relations are fixable. Can we identify our personal growing edges and deficits? Let us not give up on our personal goals. We have to have a cause to live and die for. Human life is based on our acknowledging our God and living for the cause that exceeds our personal greed and selfishness. Don't give up on treating others right, no matter what.
