1) Simple answer YES and NO

Yes,

Reason (I think) after a while everybody becomes bored of the same routine, excitement is needed.
(This sometimes means anything else but what your doing now, even if

it's bad it's still different)

2) No,

Reason (I think) If it's working for you… Don't fix something that’s not broke...

(Try adding frozen blueberries or pineapple to your shakes
Great taste

3) Long Complex answer,

Ok WHEY, CREATINE, PROTEIN powders all of theses are great (for their uses...)

And I know the (supplemental companies will hate me…)
But honestly NONE OF these products are needed if you eat the right foods that have them…

But it's very hard to get the desired intake just by foods alone.
Yes very possible but unreliable by human consumption alone and by foods alone…

Because we know NOT all foods have the vitamins, minerals protein, ECT…
This is where the Supplements, Pills and Products replace the desired leverage we want and crave…

Looking forward to getting some insights. I don't do enough supplements. I ran out of Amino Acids a couple weeks ago and haven't gotten any more.
