M I E = Motivation, Inspiration, and Encouragement

Sometimes getting motivated to go to the gym every day—even every three days—is a lot easier said than done. We all need a little push to get into our workout clothes and in the gym.

So with that said, this group is for Motivation, Inspiration, and Encouragement. Having someone motivate you in your workout goals can mean the difference between success and failure.  You can celebrate your progress alone with your friends on your friends list, and or people in the group. Post you goals and your achievements. Perhaps, you can find a Gym buddies in your hometown.

Post picture of yourself (transformation) or caricatures that kind of looks like you.  But the ultimate goal is to post a picture of yourself.

Any comments or question, please email.

yo i know the feeling of not wanting to go to the gym but it is like just go and make it happen. it is easier if you got some one who will go with you . but if not then list what you do here each and every day and it will motivate you and others.if all you do is go and do some bench press to failure and some cardio doing something is better then doing nothing. and to beat them plateaus muscle confusion and go to absolute failure. you know like pyramids , i like doing that because i really do not need to keep paper work on what i am doing my body will react on its own, ie. bench press. the bar and no weight, then 10lbs and 10 reps, 20lbs 10reps, 30, 40,50,60,70,80, you keep going until you can only get one rep. and then you do it in reverse till you get back to the bar and no weight and you do that bar till you can can't get it back on the bench and it is on your chest. THIS WILL BREAK ANY PLATEAU. do a spin class, i know sounds insane but that will burn anything you do not want on you  enough said you got diss , noting to it but to do it. don't forget like a prework out supplement, get into it like an animal. now that we are getting into the months where it is gonna get cooler as in temp now is the time to work out like an animal so when summer comes around you are as you want to be. figure out when is the time you have your best energy level and when is the time that the least amount of peepz are in the gym so you are not waiting on weights. hold yourself accountable cause each day is an opportunity to do better and make a difference nuff said peace.

Just getting motivated is hard enough when you have not been in the gym or active in more than 10 yrs. I still have that football muscular shape with a slight couch potato bulge on teh sides, its just i don't feel like reaching a plateau and getting stuck there again with no direction or goal. Yes I know I need to work out for health reasons, just a couple weeks ago I rode my bike at the beach for one mile, did pretty good going and 3/4 of the mile coming home I walked the rest of the way. I see other men with tight hard tone bods and say "One day", just don't know when. I am not giving up just tired and got too lazy. I looked at youtube and see these clips of guys working out and yeah I remember that I used to do that and they do give me some inspiration "Kai Green, Phil Heath", and some of the guys pics here on BBM that gives me hope.
